I’ve been getting my nails done for years and decided to try this place because it was closer to home. I went a few times to give them a fair chance, but unfortunately I won’t be going back. They are extremely overpriced for the quality and service you receive. There were quite a few mistakes during my appointments that had to be corrected, making the process take much longer than it normally does. The biggest issue for me is that instead of my nails simply growing out and needing a refill, they literally start falling off — something I’ve never experienced regularly at other salons. They also don’t massage your hands or even apply hand cream at the end, which I found strange considering I was paying around $90 for my nails. For that price, I expect better quality, attention to detail, and overall service. Unfortunately, I’d recommend saving your money and going elsewhere.

I visited this salon today to have my dip nails removed due to upcoming travel for work. Unfortunately, the staff seemed rushed because they had many appointments at the same time. I noticed right after that the dip was not fully removed, as there was still residue and thick layers on my nails. I paid for the removal service and reached out to the salon to address the issue. Despite not completing the service properly. Due to my work commitments out of town, I was unable to return for a re-removal and they refused to refund me for the job I paid for that WAS NOT done by them so I could get the service done properly elsewhere (closer to my work conference as I left town). As a loyal customer for two years, I am disappointed with how this situation was handled and cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. They lost a customer of two years over $15.00. Not because of the price itself but because of the way they handled the situation. Attached are photos of the “removal”. It is evident that the dip is still all over my nails and nothing was removed properly.

130$ for this !!! I arrived at 5:30pm with a clear inspo. The technician cut my nail shorter than requested, so I asked her to redo them longer. After redoing them, each finger was uneven length, over-filed, and had a weak base. I asked the technician to have them removed because my time was being wasted but was told I was “impatient” and she tried to continue anyway. I spoke to the manager, who had another technician fix them. He redid the fill and design but didn’t redo the base. The whole appointment took 2 hours and I was still charged $130 !!! Within 2 days, one nail fell off completely and others became loose. I went back with proof and was asked to return again for a fix. After the fix, the base was better, but the design was terrible and unprofessional almost felt like it was done on purpose. Very disappointing experience.
